Aggressive Grip, Refined Finish

This McNees Dixon features the ever-popular Frag milling pattern, paired with a striking green and bronze anodized titanium handle and an Atomic Stonewashed MagnaCut blade. The Frag pattern isn’t just about looks, it delivers confident traction in hand while breaking up the titanium surface for a more dynamic feel and visual depth.

The green and bronze anodizing adds warmth and contrast without going over the top, while the Atomic Stonewash finish on the blade gives it a broken-in, use-ready appearance that hides wear exceptionally well.

Modern Titanium, Old-School Cutting Performance

The McNees Dixon is the refined evolution of a custom design that dates back to 2010, rebuilt with over a decade of hard-earned experience. This is a knife that looks bold and overbuilt at first glance, but surprises you the moment it touches material. Every Dixon is designed to be carried, used, and trusted.

What sets the Dixon apart immediately is its hollow ground blade. Despite the substantial blade stock, the hollow grind gives the Dixon a much slicier profile than you would ever expect, making it an outstanding real-world cutter rather than just a thick, overbuilt showpiece.

Note from Lone Star Knife & Supply

The Frag Dixon hits a sweet spot. You get that aggressive texture everyone loves, but paired with a warm, almost organic anodized finish that keeps it classy. And the hollow grind? It still surprises me every time. This knife cuts far better than it looks like it should.

Hollow Grind Done Right

Every Dixon blade is hollow ground in-house at McNees Knives and heat treated to a hard 63–64 HRC. That combination gives you excellent edge stability, long edge life, and cutting performance that punches well above what the blade thickness would suggest.

The MagnaCut blade steel brings corrosion resistance, toughness, and edge retention together in a way that makes the Dixon easy to live with as a true everyday carry, even in harsher environments.

Frag Milling With Purpose

The Frag milling pattern is machined on both the show side and the lock side, improving grip without feeling sharp or uncomfortable. It keeps the knife planted during harder cuts while also adding one of the most recognizable looks in the McNees lineup.

Titanium hardware throughout maintains consistency and durability, while the frame lock provides solid, confidence-inspiring lockup with smooth manual action.
